• Interact with clients regularly through in-person meetings, phone, and email • Responding to client queries, sending quotations, and confirmations • Work with clients and internal staff to plan and coordinate their projects from inception, meeting requirements and ensuring completion on time, within cost and to required quality standards • Assist with project planning, including resource forecasting, timelines, and budget • Prioritize and monitor the completion of tasks on a daily and weekly basis. • Coordinate with team members on a daily basis to ensure operational efficiency • Having good comprehension, negotiation, and analytical skills • Coordinate with concerned department to carry out all monitoring as per Schedule • Building and maintaining positive working relationships with doctor’s, nursing staff and supporting administrative staff at hospitals; keeping detailed records of all contacts • Execute marketing strategies like Promotion Campaigns / Patient Experience Programs etc. to enhance Brand Image & Brand Recall • Monitoring competitor activities and business in the assigned territory and timely report the new findings • Report customer feedback/complaints on our services to the clinical team through the proper channel • Regularly attending company meetings, presentations and briefings • Ability to Take decisions as well as manage complex/ difficult employee situations • Customer/Client Interaction • Work as a Single point of contact for all non ops departments and identify, evaluate & coordinate operational, Admin, IT and HR issues Forward non resolvable issues to management.
